Balanced Rock Balanced Talk

Update in red June 4, 2023

The three balanced rocks discussed herein are pre-summarized below.  Note the similarities of the second and third. Text in red is the updated portion. The discussion that follows is of the Hudson River rock.


One must have been living under a rock in order to think that some lazy glacier popped a huge rock atop some smaller rocks in such a perfect balancing act.  In fact, it is even earthquake proof. Normally, a top-heavy standing configuration is the last thing you want when an earthquake hits.  And if the stones have been there tens of thousands of years, then they for certain felt an earthquake or two. These didn’t fall.

But since the top stones are so heavy and getting them matched up so complex, why would an intelligence do such a thing? Even if they had advanced technologies, why in the world stack up some rocks that should fall?

The key to answering these questions is the message that they can convey when linked to other structures even on distant continents.  Thanks to Google Earth, we can now easily do just that. Below is an image from the Google Earth Street level. 

One can readily see from other pictures that the four stones to the right-side sort of in a row are carefully seated in dimples in the large stone.  The azimuth of the row is parallel to the most active fault, Ramapo, in the area. The support rock on the left is oriented to allow the large rock to rotate up and back down, making it less likely to fall clear down. The small rock is also shaped on the top to seat well with the surface bottom of the large rock.  If the large rock weighs somewhere north of 100 tons, then the small rocks need to have around 100 square feet of surface to support it.  Obviously, some of the smaller rocks get a little larger under the surface. But these things are all just the tip of the “rockberg”….so to speak.

If someone is trying to communicate something complex that depends on measurements, they must know what units of measure is going to be employed…or…they use dimensionless ratios that eliminate the need to know the units since they cancel out. One such example is simply the ratio of say the length to the width.  A second popular example is the conjugate ratio which divides the sum of two measures by the difference in the same two measures. Newgrange uses the ratio of latitude to longitude for many such ratios. The initial discovery uses the conjugate ratio of lengths and widths in the under-dome passages to match up with phi, 1.618 derived from the sum of the square root of 5 plus one divided by 2. If the two balanced rocks, Hudson and Kummakivi, are to relate to Newgrange, we should look at those ratios.

First let’s look at the various dimensionless number ratios using the latitude and longitude to see if there was some more complex purpose to their location. In the spreadsheet below, the latitude and longitude in black are used in the red dimensionless conjugate ratio formula to give the ancient Hindu and others number 311,040,000,000,000 exactly. Note in red below that how the natural log of that Hindu and Buddhism number leads to older version of the conversion of British to Metric length measures. 1/[ln(311,040,000,000,000 x 7)]^(1/3)]^(1/3) = .304793711


The story of this being the life of Buddha is just to keep the number in focus until somebody discovers its real purpose. The two units of measure, metric and British, didn’t just happen, they were left for us to assist in discovering fundamental relationships in our universe. In my Handbook of Chemistry and Physics from high school in 1959, the conversion was 0.30479xxx and it was revised by committee to precisely 0.3048 many years later. Besides calling attention to The Great Comet of 1680, Newgrange provides insight into magnetic portals, just now being discussed.

In the far right in yellow one can see that the simple dimensionless ratio of latitude and longitude develops a number close to phi which is designed to be “eye-catching”.

In the bottom in blue the longitude calculates a number close to the hydrogen hyperfine frequency of 1.42040575 which is universally used by astronomers to check out activities in distant stars and galaxies.   It was known from other work that the natural log of the earth orbital period in seconds (31,556,925.9747) combined with hydrogen hyperfine numbers to yield the most abundant hydrogen Lyman series wavelength of 1.215668 shown in orange. These numbers can help us digest what the Newgrange folks were trying to tell us.

Oh wait a second. The stone latitude currently is not precisely the number used above. Did I cheat? Perhaps number numbness? Or…really good fortune? The image below shows the slight variation in latitude.  With some digging in the Google Earth Street level image and various human tendencies on the garage doors, the true location of the rock is represented in the bottom yellow marker where only the latitude is 41.334064 instead of 41.334187.  This is only significant in any of the numbers clear out in the sixth digit.  But that could cause some readers to pause.

The worried reader should go to Wikipedia “polar motion” and note that even since 1900 the latitude can move 20 meters (too high in my estimation). So how do surveyors account for this when using satellite-based survey systems? Surveying is 90% history and the rest common sense.  If a section corner was misplaced sometimes as much as 100 years ago, the historical location rules the roost and satellites, using computers and special electronic monuments, adjust their readings accordingly.

The earth is currently speeding up as well as shifting the pole very slowly besides the axial drift of 2.4 degrees over 20,700 years. The speeding up results from ice and snow melting at high altitudes and running down to sea level.  Just like an ice skater starts spinning with arms and one leg sticking out and as the arms and leg are pulled in, the rotational speed must increase to conserve angular momentum. The axis shifts because at the north pole there is much more land and the snow and ice are melting over a much broader area than antarctica, causing the center of gravity to shift.

The Great Pyramid designers knew how to make the top of the Great Pyramid a specific flat width so that the “light speed latitude” could drift across it. That would be 29.9792458 degrees north.  There probably was no special top ever on it. Check it out on GE. Since GE distorts tall objects, you find the center of the pyramid using the Path Function in GE to crisscross the corners to find a more precise center at the intersection of diagonals. Considering the casings which are now missing, the flat top is about 45 feet north to south. Note in the image below, the latitude has moved north similarly to Hudson, perhaps indicating they both were built around the same era. Note too that conjugate ratio of light speed latitude and longitude of the Great Pyramid Center is exactly equal to the square root of 700 times two. Wikipedia has a good article on longitude.

This series of hits on very well-known scientific terms suggests that the locations were very much “handpicked” to accomplish some type of communication. This and the next section on the “Balanced Rock of Finland….Kummakivi” will be combined to show how these locations react with the Newgrange dome where all these same type of numbers are used redundantly.

The exact current latitude cannot be defined at Kummakivi because there is no garage or other type of marker that clearly shows up on GE.  The ground image shows some clumps of trees that maybe can be used, but the data used is overwhelmingly suggestive of the design system.

The balanced rock in Finland called Kummakivi latitude & longitude data has been entered in a second spreadsheet below. This is a stunning reflection on Newgrange since it uses the 2.061755294 number repeatedly which in turn develops the hydrogen hyperfine frequency shown in green using the Jakob Steiner equation of X^(1/X). There are other hits on scientific numbers not shown as they were not used here.

Both balanced stones connect with Newgrange using the Google Earth ruler option to draw a line from each to separate but specific points at Newgrange. On the left is the GE ruler line in yellow coming into the center chamber of Newgrange.  On the right a similar line is coming in alongside a set of pads at Newgrange. Basically, both the distance and azimuth are used to indicate the connection with Newgrange.  It may take some careful study to catch all the details.

On the left in red the azimuth is calculated using the Planck/pi number developed by equation and not using the Planck measured number. Then below that continuing in red, the distance uses the “Newgrange Procedure” to calculate a magnetic flux quantum number 206.783 to further connect the Hudson Balanced Rock with Newgrange. Most readers will have no clue as to what these numbers are, but they are very important numbers and something an intelligence could use to catch the eye of properly educated scientists. As it turns out, all the latitudes along the Newgrange passage inside Newgrange use this “procedure” to develop a number like this to at least 5 digits.  But the latitude of the rock just outside the entrance leads to 206.7833852 when the current exact number legislated by committee is 206.7833848 which is off by 4 in the 10th digit. A stunning piece of puzzle-nomics suggesting serious connectivity. The northwest corner of the pad just to right gives the number exactly.

On the right the yellow GE ruler line comes in perfectly alongside the middle series of pads discussed on the Newgrange website. In orange one can see the ratio of latitude and longitude at Kummakivi exactly matches up with the latitude and longitude number using the Newgrange Procedure. A stunning demonstration of mathematical capabilities.

The azimuths to Newgrange from the balanced rocks are in an important relationship with each other. The angle between the perpendicular to the Hudson azimuth is 40.45 degrees to the Kummakivi azimuth and that number divided by 25 is phi = 1.6180

53.12-(282.67-270)=40.45 / 25 = 1.618 headings to Hudson and Kummakivi.  The discovery model using Newgrange passage measurements uses phi.

The inverse conjugate ratio of the two azimuths generates a very near pi number and that pi number generates the most abundant hydrogen wavelength.

(282.67-53.12)/(282.67+53.12) = .683611781/8 * 10000 / 17 / 2^7 =

3.14159826

(3.14159826 x 2 )^(1/2) /1.2/ 1.718281828 = 1.215667142 where 1.215668 is the most abundant hydrogen wavelength and natural log base 2.718281828 – 1 = 1.718281828.

If the reader braves the techno-babble at www.newgrange-geometry-portals.blogspot.com you will find a vast demonstration of technology we have yet to master, but are knocking on the door. Obviously, the folks who built Newgrange had future generations in mind and wanted to accelerate their advancement, so they had a chance to adjust prior to the cataclysm that is certain to come. Current scientific stance commands it is not “if a big collision is coming” but only “when”. But the message at Newgrange is in a remote location and isn’t routinely visited by the type of educated folks we need to have visits.

By creating the balanced rocks, only two discussed herein, they vastly expand the probability that their creation with be analyzed. By reading this blog and telling others, you contribute to the probability that something good will result.

Update June 4, 2023

After examining some other details, it seemed like there must be other rocks, so a search was done using the new Bing AI enhanced capabilities. What follows is stunning. The section back a couple pages needs to be expanded. The latitude leading to the precise calculation of the magnetic field quantum needs to be explained better. The graphic below is much easier to decipher than all the multiple parenthesis from a spreadsheet.

This involves what has been determined to be the “Newgrange Procedure” versus just a bunch of random number manipulations. (details in the www.newgrange-geometry-portals.blogspot.com )

The Bing search turned up another balanced rock in India called the Krishna’s Butterball and there is a Wikipedia article using that title. The image below is from the Google Earth Street Level view and shows how small the contact area is in that direction.


It is quite likely that some type of adhesive was used as there appears to be a raised area like the depression at the bottom of the picture. Adhesives using common formulae for modern day super-glue was readily available. Perhaps that is why the dude with the seven elephants in the Wikipedia article couldn’t budge it.  According to my calculations and in the Wikipedia article, the stone likely weighs the best part of 300 tons. But the forces from earthquakes would be far superior to seven elephants. It could be the Kummakivi stone is likewise stuck down.

The connection between Krishna’s Butterball and Newgrange is the use again of the magnetic flux quantum number. The azimuth from Newgrange to Kummakivi is precisely defined using the prime numbers 83 x 100 / 64 = 53.120000.

The only reason the results differ in the 12th digit is that the input on the latitude (green box) was from a ten key calculator and the one above (green box) in MS Excel spreadsheet set to 12 digits.  Give me credit for deciphering it…but what does it take to design such a communication????

The white line was easy to find but since it didn’t go corner to corner as I was expecting, I had discounted it.  But when I was magnifying the GE image, I noted the round pads inside the large rectangular pads and could see that there were at least two possible connections between Newgrange and the Krishna balanced rock using parallel azimuths. Not convinced these internals were significant, I began to look at the distances.

Since GE only gives the azimuths to two decimals, I really needed more precision, so I re-invented the GE calculation using spherical coordinates and the latitude and longitude with an oblique planet earth.  Even with my computers, software, and surveying experience, this is a brutal exercise and probably not one that most people give a hoot about, so if the reader wants to do it…go for it. That got me close enough that the back calculation looked right to me.

The northern boundary of the India Plate might be moving north 2 inches a year, but the SW edge is moving to the SW, so it is unclear how much the Krishna rock could be moving.  The Newgrange and Kummakivi locations are on the same plate.  It is possible that Newgrange and Krishna rock are moving parallel to each other and maybe the distance between them has not changed all that much.

However, given the technology demonstrated at Newgrange a precise adjustment could probably have been made for when my work would happen. The azimuths at GE precision would not be impacted with miles of movement and the latitude at Newgrange would simply have moved the key location inside the dome. The image below summarizes the findings.

The use of prime numbers like 37 and 7 is common at Newgrange.

It made sense that the measurement from Newgrange would be from the center of the pad, and it would go to the center of the flat face on the Krishna Butterball. The center of the pad was found using the path function on the GE ruler option.

What follows below is spooky, to quote Albert Einstein. It involves the sums of the latitudes and longitudes of the three balanced rocks. It could only be discovered by someone somewhat gifted in multiple disciplines…like the manager of professional engineering groups. Bear with me because this is not easy to make simple. The spreadsheet of the latitudes and longitudes is below.  The formulae are in the same highlight as the answer.


The latitudes and longitudes are first summed and then those two summed to get 297.6400671, the total sum of the latitudes and longitudes. In red text, the sum is multiplied by 16 (2^(4)) and that divided by 3 to get the most abundant helium wavelength precise to as much as we know in modern times.

In blue text just below, the same sum is used to find the “a-like number” that leads to the most abundant hydrogen wavelength in green. That should be enough to convince us that this was part of the plan.

But….in yellow background highlight we seen the “Newgrange Procedure” calculates the magnetic flux quantum to six digits. However, completely spooky, in blue background highlight we see that using the hydrogen hyperfine frequency we develop a number near the 31,556,925.9747 (our standard earth orbital period in 1900AD) except that the ratio is 1.000010001. For some reason that struck me as a machine language octal number, and I converted it using powers of 8 as shown in yellow text reading right to left.

In purple text we see the number 2.061755825 which using the Jakob Steiner equation X^(1/X) yields a hydrogen hyperfine frequency very near the standard but possibly indicating something that is traveling toward us using the doppler effect to raise the frequency slightly.

Is There a Krishna/Hudson Connection?

If we draw a line from Hudson to Kummakivi and then extend it toward Krishna, it only misses Krishna by a little over 149 miles. If we move the Krishna end up to Krishna, it misses the Kummakivi by about 149 miles. Interesting, but not exactly proof of anything. Below are two images showing the line at the Hudson end and the second at the Krishna end.

It looks like just below the Krishna rock is a scar (red circle) on the bedrock which was initially prepared for the stone and then it was moved northerly as if they were trying to get a more precise location.

One can see the calculation in black at the bottom of the image that the distance in kilometers easily relates to 0.304799524. This is further proof that the creators knew and wanted to perpetuate the two measuring systems of British and metric.

If this does not convince the reader that something of major importance is being communicated, nothing will.  If so you are doomed to die uninformed and will have to return again for further training.

End of main Update

Let us speculate that three huge spaceships came here 50,000 years ago and it was hoped that they would escape wars at home and could start anew here on good old peaceful earth. Of course, girls and boys don’t leave each other alone, so soon there were far more people than could leave on spaceships of any size and amount.  Consider the seven billion people that are here now.  There is not a snowball’s chance in hell that they are all leaving by any means. But most people wouldn’t want to leave since all their families are buried here and if they are going to mostly die anyway before the event happens, why worry that much about it.

As one mulls this dilemma over a bit, it quickly becomes obvious that we should do something to accelerate the education of the survivors after the event. There are those who would argue that if such a civilization ever existed, we would know from skyscrapers, highways and maybe “outdoor movies 😊” that they existed.  But an advanced civilization may be more spiritually oriented and want to live a life like the current Tibetans. If some disaster hits their area, there will be some that survive in caves with dehydrated foods for years and they might be able to come out at night and graze what few animals they had kept. This is sort of a “land version” of Noah’s flood. This will happen…. Somewhere…..sometime.  Perhaps it already did in Turkey. It is likely lots of animals will survive far outside the main event and those can eventually spread back over the earth. . But perhaps these settlers didn’t realize at first the existence of The Great Comet of 1680, which is a dwarf star, and that it would potentially cause havoc on earth every 1151 years. The main bunch of scientists and technologies needed for a new start somewhere else, left on all the available ships.  This left behind people who knew they would eventually return to “stone age mentality” and they wanted to do something that would enhance their offspring development. I am going to review the Secret Doctrine to see if there are more hints than the 311,040,000,000,000. The number is mentioned in the Secret Doctrine 8 times.

In many ways, the Sumerian tablets are just such an example. Modern day computers, batteries and silicon chips and even printed paper don’t last all that well, but maybe if we have time, we will figure out something that will be “self-educating”.  Maybe something like comic book scenarios impressed into titanium sheets. Maybe this scenario would create some type of “world objective” and we could pause the war machines for a while. Fortunately, there will be some people who will try to do this anyway. So, get out there and spread the word.  Make your time on earth worth the trouble the rest of us put up with.
